1. About These Terms
These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by GRREM Education Services & Management Consultancy Ltd (“GRREM”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing and using this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
If you purchase a GRREM digital product, additional Digital Product Terms of Use may apply.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how personal information and website technologies are handled.
2. About GRREM
GRREM Education Services & Management Consultancy Ltd Company No. 13164356
Registered office:
128 City Road London England EC1V 2NX
Email: info@grremeducation.co.uk
GRREM provides professional education, training, leadership and management development, organisational consultancy, adult social care professional development, educational resources and independent apprenticeship End-Point Assessment preparation support.
The precise services and resources available may change as GRREM develops its professional offering.
3. Website Information
We aim to provide information that is useful, clear and reasonably current.
However, adult social care, regulation, legislation, professional practice, apprenticeship requirements and assessment arrangements can change.
Information on this website is provided for general educational and professional-development purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users remain responsible for checking requirements applicable to their own organisation, role, service, apprenticeship programme or circumstances.
Where appropriate, users should consult the relevant regulator, government department, awarding or assessment organisation, employer, training provider or suitably qualified professional.
4. Adult Social Care Training
GRREM provides training and professional-development programmes relevant to adult social care and leadership and management.
Programme descriptions may identify intended learning outcomes, subject areas, delivery methods and target audiences.
The availability, duration, content and delivery arrangements for individual programmes may change as legislation, guidance, professional practice and organisational requirements develop.
An enquiry through the website does not itself constitute confirmation of a training booking.
Training arrangements, dates, fees, participant numbers, delivery methods and any organisation-specific requirements will be agreed separately where applicable.
5. Certificates of Completion
Where stated, GRREM may issue a Certificate of Completion following completion of a GRREM training programme.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a GRREM Certificate of Completion records participation in or completion of the relevant GRREM programme.
It must not be represented as:
- an externally accredited qualification;
- a professional licence;
- regulatory approval;
- Care Quality Commission approval or accreditation;
- Skills for Care accreditation;
- a regulated qualification; or
- any other third-party accreditation that GRREM has not expressly confirmed in writing.
Where a programme includes an assessment or knowledge check, successful completion of that assessment does not automatically establish practical workplace competence unless practical competence has been separately and appropriately assessed.
Employers and service providers remain responsible for determining whether workers are competent and appropriately trained for the duties they are required to undertake.
6. Awareness Training and Practical Competence
Some GRREM programmes may provide awareness, knowledge or professional-development training.
Completion of awareness or knowledge-based training does not by itself establish that an individual is competent to undertake a practical activity where workplace assessment, observation, supervision, employer authorisation or another form of practical competence verification is required.
This distinction is particularly important for activities that may carry additional workplace, safety, clinical or regulatory requirements.
Organisations remain responsible for ensuring that their staff receive the training, supervision, practical assessment and authorisation appropriate to their roles.
7. CQC and Regulatory Information
GRREM may publish information, articles or professional insights concerning matters such as:
- Care Quality Commission developments;
- adult social care regulation;
- leadership and management;
- safeguarding;
- workforce development;
- quality improvement;
- inspection and assessment developments; and
- other matters relevant to adult social care.
GRREM is an independent organisation.
GRREM is not the Care Quality Commission and is not acting on behalf of the Care Quality Commission.
References to the Care Quality Commission, its publications, assessment approach, regulations, guidance or other information do not imply CQC endorsement, approval, accreditation or affiliation with GRREM.
Regulatory information may change. Users should consult current official sources when making decisions concerning regulatory compliance.
GRREM's commentary or educational material should not be treated as a substitute for official regulatory guidance or organisation-specific legal advice.
8. GRREM Adult Social Care Insights
The GRREM Adult Social Care Insights section may provide summaries, explanations and professional-development commentary concerning developments relevant to adult social care.
GRREM aims to distinguish, where appropriate, between official information and GRREM's educational explanation or professional commentary.
Publication dates and, where provided, review dates should be considered when using an article.
Users should check linked or referenced official sources for the most current requirements where a matter may have changed since publication.
9. End-Point Assessment Preparation
GRREM may provide preparation resources and professional-development support for apprentices preparing for End-Point Assessment (“EPA”), including resources relating to the Level 5 Leader in Adult Care apprenticeship.
GRREM is not an End-Point Assessment Organisation and does not conduct or award End-Point Assessment.
GRREM's EPA services and resources are designed to support preparation, understanding, reflection, evidence development and professional confidence.
They do not replace the requirements of the applicable apprenticeship standard, assessment plan, training provider, employer or End-Point Assessment Organisation.
Apprentices, employers and training providers should confirm which version of the relevant apprenticeship standard and assessment plan applies to the apprentice concerned.
Apprentices must use their own genuine workplace experience and evidence in assessment.
GRREM does not guarantee:
- EPA success;
- a particular assessment grade;
- distinction;
- assessment outcomes; or
- acceptance of particular evidence by an End-Point Assessment Organisation.
Assessment decisions remain with the authorised assessment organisation and its assessors.
10. Consultancy and Professional Guidance
GRREM may provide leadership, management, organisational-development and adult social care consultancy.
The nature and scope of consultancy work will normally be agreed separately with the client.
General website information does not constitute organisation-specific consultancy, legal advice, financial advice, clinical advice or regulatory approval.
Organisations remain responsible for their own operational, legal, regulatory and management decisions.
11. Training and Consultancy Enquiries
Submitting a Contact, Training Proposal or other enquiry form does not create a contractual relationship by itself.
A contract for services will arise only when the relevant service, scope, price and other necessary arrangements have been agreed or accepted through the applicable booking, proposal or contractual process.
GRREM may decline an enquiry or proposed engagement where appropriate.
12. Digital Products and Resources
GRREM may make available free or paid digital products including:

15. External Links

Third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy arrangements.
16. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and functioning appropriately but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:

We may modify, suspend or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.
17. Accuracy and Updating of Information

The date of publication or last review should be considered where shown.
Users should verify current requirements through appropriate official sources before relying upon information for significant compliance, regulatory or professional decisions.

18. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Training, consultancy, professional-development resources and educational materials can support learning, preparation and organisational development, but outcomes depend on many factors outside GRREM's control.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, GRREM does not guarantee:
- examination or assessment results;
- EPA results or grades;
- regulatory inspection outcomes;
- CQC ratings;
- employment outcomes;
- promotion;
- organisational performance outcomes; or
- commercial or financial results.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Subject to applicable law and any separately agreed contractual terms, GRREM is not responsible for losses arising solely from a user's unreasonable reliance on general website information where current official, regulatory, professional or organisation-specific advice should reasonably have been obtained.
Where GRREM enters into a separate contract for training, consultancy or another service, any liability provisions contained in that agreement may also apply.
Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

- changes to GRREM services;
- changes to website functionality;
- changes to applicable law or regulatory requirements; or
- changes to our business practices.
The current version will be made available through the website and will display its latest revision date.
