Welcome. I am Grace Babalola, Founder and Principal Consultant of GRREM Education Services & Management Consultancy Ltd. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping people realise their potential through education, leadership development and continuous professional growth.
My professional experience spans leadership, management, adult learning, apprenticeship education, assessment and professional development. As a former assessor and Level 5 Personal Tutor, I have supported learners to develop the confidence, knowledge and professional skills required to progress as effective leaders within health and social care.
Before moving into full-time education and tutoring, I spent more than 20 years working within the adult health and social care sector, including management and area management roles. This combination of frontline leadership, operational management and education enables me to bring both practical experience and academic understanding to the work of GRREM.
My vision for GRREM is to create a trusted centre for leadership development, professional education and organisational improvement — helping people grow in confidence, strengthening professional practice and supporting organisations to achieve meaningful and sustainable improvement.
